Quilt-Making with Sis. D.
This past week, Sis. D. brought each girl a patch to decorate for the quilt she is making for someone special. First, they drew a picture with crayons . . .
Next, they melted the wax into the fabric using an iron . . .
After that, the girls got to take turns sewing strips of the quilt together on the sewing machine. Sis. D explained to them how precise you have to be when making a quilt, so the girls tried extra hard to do their best . . .
